Ryan Rushing serves as Director of Operations for Midwest City, Oklahoma, where he oversees multiple municipal departments and strategic initiatives supporting more than 500 employees and thousands of residents.
With more than 27 years of experience in municipal government and public-sector technology, Ryan has progressed through roles including Computer Technician, Network Administrator, IT Supervisor, IT Director, and Director of Operations.
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma and a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma Christian University.
Throughout his career, Ryan has focused on leveraging technology, operational excellence, and strategic leadership to improve government services and strengthen communities.
Ryan and his wife, Tori, have been married for over 20 years and have four dearly loved children.
